Our journey began not in a boardroom, but in a laboratory, and with a heartfelt promise.

My name is Dr. Evelyn Reed, and I'm a former clinical lab scientist. I founded Sooenben on June 5, 2015, here in Dublin, Ireland, with two of my former classmates from medical school. We founded this company because we knew there had to be a better way to do healthcare.

We all understand the importance of routine health screening, but the reality is that hospital visits and lab tests can be prohibitively expensive. We saw so many people—friends, family, and patients—struggling with the cost of staying on top of their health. I'll never forget a friend who suffered from a painful urinary tract infection (UTI) that went unnoticed and untreated until it tragically turned fatal. That devastating experience taught us a powerful lesson: Prevention is more important than treatment.

We knew that many routine health screenings were not overly complex. By following a few key principles and a simple process, we could bring these tests directly into the home, making proactive health monitoring both affordable and accessible.

This belief became our mission. After two years of dedicated research and development, Sooenben was born. Our products are not just simple test strips; they are a commitment to your health. We are proud to say that all our products are certified by the U.S. FDA and have received U.S. government 510(k) medical health certification, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
